Attention: open in a new window. Print

Typical steps during the development and manufacturing of equipment for materials are:

  • preparation of the specification (tender and performance specification)
  • conception of the equipment, i.e. a crystal growing furnace
  • layout and design of the equipment (mechanics, electrics, automation)
  • choice of sub-contractors for parts, components and sub-systems
  • assembly of the components and sub-systems
  • assembly of the equipment
  • preparation of the software, documentation and manuals
  • putting the system into service (from functional tests to process capability)
  • acceptance tests of the system at the supplier
  • disassembly and shipment of the equipment
  • assembly and putting into service at the customers facility
  • final acceptance tests
  • CE and / or other certifications
